Hello Guys, this is my First Blog and todays Blog is all about Malshej Ghat a Weekend Gateway!


Malshej Ghat is a mountain pass in the Western Ghats range in the Kalyan–Ahmednagar Road of Maharashtra, India. Malshej Ghat is 3 hours 30 minutes (126km) far from Mumbai. You can travel to Malshej Ghat by Vehicle or Train. Malshej Ghat is full of flora and fauna especially the avian population such as quails, rails, crakes, flamingos and cuckoos. In Malshej Ghat you can stay in Saj By The Lake or MTDC Malshej Ghat Resort. The Adventures you can do in Malshej Ghat are Boating in Swastik Boating Club, Trek Naneghat (10 Min Trek), Go to Shivneri Fort where Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was Born, it is 500 to 600 steps and Lenyadri Temple of Ganesha which is also 400 - 500 steps.
